Tax issues emerging with star players who aren't mature enough to deal well with them?
Allegations of improper recruiting due to promises made to players about their NIL future earnings at a school?
Boosters using NIL endorsement or appearance fees as a cover for money that used to be delivered in paper bags?
And those are just the ones I could think of in a minute or two. Most of them could end up involving lawsuits and/or political intervention.
